Question by : Should I use epilators over other hair removal methods?
I am not certain on what I should purchase for getting rid of unwanted hair. I was thinking about getting a wax kit, but then again many people says epilators are effective. Do you have an epilator and can you tell my what you think about it? Does it take a long time for hair growth? Is it really painful? Thanks

I think I’ve tried just about everything short of laser hair removal.
Epilators will give you similar length of time of hair removal similar to waxing or plucking. I used an epilator on my forearms the the couple of months before I got married. It hurt like the dickens. It also never got all the hairs so I’d have to go back and shave the extras and then the hair has to be a certain length for the epilator to be able to pluck it so you walk around with extra long stubble for a week or so.
Honestly, I just always came back to shaving (even my upper lip). Its easy and cheap and pain-free. The chemical removers are too much for my sensitive skin, the bleach didn’t make enough of a difference, waxing and epilating hurt.
One day I’ll spring for the laser.

They say you are supposed to wait 6 weeks. Try a spray tan rather than actual tanning.
